Otrigal Legal Center
Privacy, terms, community rules, and related policies in one place
Policies that govern how Otrigal works, in one place instead of scattered across footer links. Read Privacy and Terms before you subscribe, Community Guidelines before you chat, and the Refund Policy if you have a billing question. Contact Support if something in these documents is unclear.
Core policies
Start with Privacy (what data we collect and how it is used), Terms (account rules and acceptable use), Community Guidelines (behavior expected in chat), Cookie Policy (tracking on the site), and Refund Policy (billing eligibility). Additional documents cover content moderation, copyright, law enforcement requests, and transparency reporting.

Why these documents matter before you subscribe
Reading Terms and the Refund Policy before subscribing helps you understand what a paid plan includes and what happens if you want to cancel. Digital subscriptions may be non-refundable once activated except where law requires, this hub does not promise refunds beyond what those documents state.
Community Guidelines matter even if you never plan to pay for anything, they define what behavior is acceptable in every chat, free or paid.
Need a human?
Legal pages describe rules, they do not replace Support for account-specific issues. Use Contact for business inquiries and Support for product help. Refund eligibility is covered in the Refund Policy (digital plans may be non-refundable except where law requires). This hub does not promise refunds. Otrigal is 18+ only.
How Legal connects to enforcement
Community Guidelines are not just a reading exercise, violations can lead to warnings, restrictions, or account termination. Content Policy and the DMCA page cover what happens when content is reported for removal.
Law Enforcement and Transparency Report pages exist for the smaller set of visitors dealing with formal legal requests rather than everyday product questions, most users will not need those pages.
Keeping up with policy changes
Policies can be updated over time as the product or applicable law changes. Check the specific document (Privacy, Terms, or Community Guidelines) directly if you want the current version rather than relying on a summary.
If a change meaningfully affects how your data is handled or how billing works, that detail will live in the relevant policy document itself, not only on this hub page.
Legal documents for business inquiries
Partners, journalists, and researchers occasionally need a specific legal document rather than general product information. The Transparency Report and Law Enforcement pages are built for those narrower, formal requests.
For general business questions that are not legal in nature, such as partnership interest or press requests, Contacts is the faster path than searching through policy documents for an answer.
If you are evaluating Otrigal for a business relationship, reviewing Terms of Service and Privacy alongside any specific agreement discussed directly with our team gives the most complete picture.
Reading policies without a law degree
These documents are written to be read by users, not only lawyers, but they are still formal policy language. If a sentence is unclear, the practical takeaway is usually near the top of the relevant section, read the whole document rather than skimming for one line.
When in doubt about how a rule applies to your specific situation, Support can point you to the right document or clarify a general question, though they cannot offer personalized legal advice.

Frequently asked questions
Where is the privacy policy?
Open Privacy from this hub or the site footer. It explains what we collect and how we use it.
How do refunds work?
See the Refund Policy for eligibility and how to request help. Billing troubleshooting also lives under Support. We do not promise refunds beyond what the policy and applicable law allow.
Which policy covers account bans?
Community Guidelines and Terms of Service cover acceptable use and the consequences of violations, including possible restrictions or termination.
Do these policies apply to free users too?
Yes. Community Guidelines and Terms apply regardless of whether you are on a free or paid plan.
Where do I report a copyright issue?
See the DMCA page for the copyright complaint process and Copyright Policy for related details.
Is this hub itself a legal document?
No. It is a navigation page summarizing where each policy lives. The individual documents (Privacy, Terms, and so on) are the actual governing text.
